Quick Tip:

Black, is my staple.

One trick I have found to be successful is to try and buy 'neutral' colored skirts, this way no matter what color of top you buy, it can be easily switched up.

Example: 

The skirts can be easily worn with the next days top/layering combination, to create a whole new outfit look.

ALSO

To help make packing lighter, buy scarves/necklaces to further change up your outfit combinations, rather than buying a whole new outfit to try and shove in your suitcase!
